cucumber & pear sushi.





I am sharing this combo because its really refreshing & simple to make on a hot summer day. Follow the instructions for the smoked salmon & avocado sushi, but replace the fish, avocado & chili for thin slices of pear, cucumber & green onion (you will only need one cucumber, one pear & one or two green onions).
