I just needed a night in, after a crazy week. There's nothing like a homey, easy, fresh dinner & getting cozy on the couch.

1/3 cup local or organic whole milk
1/3 cup vegenaise
2 scallions, chopped
2 TBL olive oil
1 TBL red wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic, grated
a pinch of sea salt & cracked pepper
--Combine all ingredients in a small bowl & whisk together until combined.
