This week in GOOP's newsletter is a list of Superfoods & some delicious--& easy-- looking recipes. While some of these recipes are not ideal for detox (though most are), they are balanced & healthy. I can't wait to try the Lentil Meatballs--maybe next week! I'll keep you posted.
