the cake my mum made.

A few weeks back, we made a venture up to Greenville to visit my mum. She makes cakes for a local pub, The Stress Free Moose, and she always makes cakes for us when we visit. This is a S'mores Cake. Yeah, it was good--chocolate cake, a lovely creamy filling (not marshmallow!), a chocolate frosting on topping with crumbled gram cracker crumbs. I thought I would share my mum's creativity and wonderfulness with everyone. I wish I was there now. 

Oh, the beer doesn't go in the cake, it goes in the belly. She loves a good cold Belgian wheat beer.
