Here is an almost-instant frozen sweet treat, for those dog days of summer. It is simple, vegan & gluten-free...win, win & win. Keep cool.
banana & berry instant sorbet.
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 TBL agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Put ingredients into a food processor or blender & pulse until smooth (there can still be a few chunks of berries if you want).
- Scoop into a little glasses (I used jam jars that I had in the freezer chilling). You can pop them in to freezer for up to a half hour before serving.
