Last night, we went out to El Rayo with Jenika & Kyle in Portland. I have always wanted to go because when you drive by, the restaurant looks like it has such a fun vibe. The Mexican restaurant has outdoor seating, live bands & Dos Equis on tap. I am pretty sure you can even bring your dogs to the outdoor seating...I love it. Fun place, good food.
