banana-strawberry sorbet. {grain-free & vegan}

Don't let the word sorbet make you think this is going to be complicated--because this dessert only takes two ingredients & two minutes. This is my new favorite dessert because it is cold, creamy, healthy, easy & so tasty.

This recipe is from Whole Living Magazine. There is a whole article on raw food & this was one of the desserts. Since we were having a family weekend at camp, Jediah's mom was amazing enough to buy us a food processor. I am obsessed. I think I made like a million batches of salsa in one weekend!




All you need is:
3 bananas, peeled & frozen
1 cup mixed berries, hulled & frozen

--toss in a food processor until creamy. Serve immediately for immediate satisfaction.
--The frozen bananas add a creamy texture & sweetness to the sorbet while the berries add a beautiful color & tartness.
--serves 2-4 depending on how much sorbet you want.
