My dad brought over a bunch of vegetables from his garden. It was like he wanted me to make Ratatouille- a lovely French vegetable stew. So I did. I used the recipe from Saveur Magazine because it is simple & authentic. The smell of the Herbs de Provence is so divine & brings me back to the France of my memories.
Just add a loaf of French bread & a lovely French red wine & the meal is complete.
